You need to know

Your card is valid until the last day of the month inscribed on your card
Should you wish to extend the validity of your card, you must apply to the Bank a month prior to the expiry of the current term of your card
If your card is lost or stolen, you should notify the service centre of the Bank immediately by dialing the numbers inscribed on your card
The PIN may not be written on the card or kept next to it, for example, in a wallet or in any place easily accessible to others, because if your wallet or the like is stolen or lost, the one who finds or has stolen it will have everything they need to empty your account
If you have paid for any goods or service using the plastic card, whenever possible, check the cheque you are signing, especially, the “amount” and “date” fields
When you bank statement and find suspicious or unknown payments, please, notify the Bank without any delay, respectively
If your card is stolen or lost, please, notify us immediately and have your account blocked. Therefore, the round-the-clock plastic card support service’s telephone number should be taken down and kept within your hand’s reach.
