Pos terminals

The POS-terminal (Point of Sale terminal) is the electronic device, allowing to read out the information from a plastic card and to carry out communication with bank for authorization operations. Results of carrying out of authorization are made out by the message on the screen and listing of several copies of the check (one of which is given to the client).

Set of documents necessary for POS terminal installation (for private clients):

Copy of ID card;

Copy of TIN card;

Copy of tax roll reference providing accounting codes and sphere of activity;

Copy of the document pointing out address of activity;

Copy of leasing contract;

Application on procurement of POS terminal.

Note:

According to notification of Tax Department, special account can be set up in bank without any juridical person. After setting the account up deposit in amount of 400 manats is paid (it gets blocked). Annual cost of services makes 100 manats. This amount is also placed to enterprise account.

Set of documents necessary for POS terminal installation (for juridical persons):

Copy of ID card of an official (director managing the company), as well as order (certificate of authority) on appointment to this post;

Copy of TIN card;

Copy of tax roll reference providing accounting codes and sphere of activity;

Copy of the document pointing out address of company activity;

Copy of leasing contract;

Application on procurement of POS terminal.

Note:
