Commercial Bank Unibank Azerbaijan and Swiss impact investment manager BlueOrchard Finance Ltd. have signed subordinated and senior facility agreements in the total amount of USD 23 million.
Unibank CB OJSC Azerbaijan has signed two loan agreements with the international financial fund Enabling Qapital, totaling 10 million US dollars, including one subordinated loan which will improve capital base of our Bank.
A new partnership agreement has been reached between Unibank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) aimed at supporting trade operations. For the first time in Azerbaijan, the EBRD has allocated a trade financing limit of USD 5 million (approximately EUR 4.4 million) to Unibank under the Trade Facilitation Program (TFP).
